These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.nuwa.sa.com (the “Site”), operated by nuwa ventures (commercial registration no. 7054338251) (“nuwa”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About nuwa and the Site
nuwa provides private-sector delivery capabilities connected to Expo 2030 Riyadh and related programmes. The Site is provided for general information and to enable you to learn about and engage with our services. Information on the Site does not constitute an offer, invitation, recommendation or binding commitment, and any engagement with nuwa is subject to a separate written agreement.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for business and professional users aged 18 or over. By using the Site you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party. You must not: use the Site in any way that breaches the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest or extract data other than as permitted; or use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing material.
Accounts and Insights access
Certain content (including premium Insights) may require you to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Access to gated content is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or systematically reproduced.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the nuwa name and marks, images, layout and Insights materials — is owned by or licensed to nuwa and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and, where expressly permitted, download content for your own internal business reference only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Enquiries and submissions
When you submit an enquiry or other information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We may use submissions to respond to you and to operate and improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential information you do not wish us to receive.
No professional advice
Insights and other materials on the Site are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, investment or other professional advice. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of Site content without obtaining appropriate professional advice specific to your circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold nuwa harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Suspension and changes to the Site
We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision, and your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the principles of Islamic Sharia. The competent courts of the city of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
