Nidhi Nair

Nidhi Nair is Senior Advisor for Thought Leadership, Thematic Programming and Global Dialogue at nuwa, specialising in translating World Expo themes into relevant global conversations, expert-led content and thematic programmes.

At Expo 2020 Dubai, Nidhi led the World Majlis, the Expo’s flagship platform for global dialogue. Her work centred on identifying the issues and perspectives behind Expo’s themes, bringing together diverse expert voices, and shaping conversations that connected the Expo agenda with wider global trends, challenges and opportunities.

At nuwa, she advises organisers and participants on how Expo themes can be activated through thought leadership, thematic weeks, leadership platforms and expert engagement. Her approach combines first-principles thinking with an understanding of global trends and stakeholder perspectives to develop narratives that are intellectually credible, accessible and relevant to leaders, businesses and wider audiences.

Previously, at Falcon and Associates, Nidhi worked on strategic initiatives supporting Dubai’s international positioning. She researched emerging global issues, developed perspectives on their relevance and opportunity for Dubai, and shaped leadership narratives for publications, private forums and senior-level engagements.

With an MBA from Manchester Business School and a background spanning strategy, research and communications, Nidhi brings a distinctly practical rather than academic approach to thought leadership: understanding complex issues, finding the opportunity within them, bringing together the right voices, and turning ideas into narratives and programmes that can influence how organisations and places position themselves.
