Specialised Expo
Belgrade 2027
Five months to fit out. Ninety-three days of play.
Belgrade’s pavilions are built. What visitors see when the gates open depends on what goes inside them this winter.
The Specialised Expo in Belgrade runs from 15 May to 15 August 2027. It is the first Expo in the Western Balkans, with more than 140 participants and around four million visits expected.
The theme is Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All. Pavilions, National Days and supplier pitches will be judged on what visitors get to do.
The organiser has built the participant pavilions and already let most of its own contracts. Keys go to participants by 1 December 2026. From then the work is theirs: fit-out and exhibition first, then staffing, hospitality, National Days and VIP visits through 93 days of live operation.
Participants are appointing those teams now.

A partnership between Everything Belgrade and nuwa
A participating country arrives in Belgrade with a pavilion to fit out, a team to hire, a National Day to host and a ministry expecting results, much of it managed from the home capital. Everything Expo puts one team beside the Commissioner General for all of it.

The Expo Observer Programme · For companies
The last rehearsal before 2030. The next contract.
Riyadh buys the operations layer of its Expo between 2028 and 2030: accreditation, ticketing, crowd flow, volunteer operations, facilities management. The firms that win those tenders will be asked what they have run before. Very few firms in the Kingdom hold an Expo operations credential today, and the window is short; the site at Belgrade closes in August 2027, and the tenders open after it.
Built for the private sector
Every mega-event industry moves knowledge the same way: it puts the people who will deliver the next event inside the one that is running. Organisers have done this for decades, event to event, host to host. The contractors, suppliers and operators who build and run the event are the ones who repeat, and they have rarely been the audience. We are building this programme around them.
Who it is for: Saudi companies.
Contractors, fit-out and specialist trades, systems integrators, facilities managers, event and hospitality operators, staffing and security firms, consultancies, and the investors backing them; anyone building a position on the World Expo in Riyadh in 2030. The programme accelerates and validates a position a company is already building.
The programme
- Fourteen small-group visits to Belgrade, from March to August 2027
- Sixteen places per visit, for four days and three nights
- Each visit has a focus: construction and fit-out, operations, technology, media and event management, or hospitality
- Opening and Closing weekends at chairman and chief executive level, by request
- Hosted by nuwa's Expo Experts, with Everything Belgrade as the team on the ground
- Five-star hotels, ground transport, interpreters and a certificate of participation
After Belgrade
The road to Riyadh
Belgrade closes on 15 August 2027. The World Expo in Riyadh opens on 1 October 2030. We close your participation properly: dismantling and return freight, final accounts and entity closure, and the participation report for your ministry. Then we prepare the next one from inside the Kingdom, starting with the business case for your Riyadh pavilion and introductions to the Saudi counterparts worth meeting early.
Every conversation starts with a 30-minute call.
Tell us the position you are trying to take.
We will tell you whether and how we can help, and what the path to delivery looks like.
If we are not the right fit, we will say so, and point you to who is.
