Cookie Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how nuwa ventures (commercial registration no. 7054338251) (“nuwa”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.nuwa.sa.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. We use cookies in a manner consistent with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree No. M/19) and its Implementing Regulations (the “PDPL”).
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve their performance, and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies (such as pixels, tags and local storage) perform comparable functions, and references to “cookies” in this Policy include these technologies.
How we use cookies
We use cookies to operate and secure the Site, to remember your preferences (including your language and cookie choices), to enable account and gated-Insights functionality, and to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function, including security, navigation, language selection and access to your Insights account. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Performance and analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors interact with the Site (for example, which pages are visited and how visitors move through the Site) on an aggregated basis, so we can improve it.
- Functional cookies: enable enhanced functionality and personalisation, such as remembering choices you have made.
- Targeting / marketing cookies: where used, these help us measure the effectiveness of our communications. We set these only with your consent.
Cookies we set
The table below lists the cookies actually set on the Site, verified by audit on 17 August 2026. Cookie names used by third parties may change; we review this table periodically.

Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services we use to operate the Site and our communications. As at the date above these are: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), which provides aggregated audience measurement; and HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited), which provides our contact forms, meeting scheduling and email marketing. Loading these services also contacts Google and HubSpot domains, which may receive your IP address and basic technical data. These third parties process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and our instructions.
Your choices and consent
When you first visit the Site, we present a cookie notice that allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Site cannot function without them; for all other categories we rely on your consent, which you may give or withdraw at any time through the cookie notice. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings: note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the Site works.
Retention
Cookies remain on your device for differing periods depending on their type: “session” cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while “persistent” cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law or our practices. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision.
