Faisal Abusaq, Senior Advisor, Saudi Arabia at nuwa, is a commercial leader with two decades of experience across Saudi Arabia’s most strategic sectors; sport, entertainment, telecoms, heritage, and digital. He has operated at C-suite and board level inside PIF-owned companies, government-backed federations, and leading Saudi corporate institutions. Faisal guides nuwa’s international supplier clients on entering the Kingdom and accessing the commercial, government, and royal networks that close deals ahead of Expo 2030 Riyadh.
Faisal is currently Vice President of the Camel Club, which governs camel racing and sits at the heart of Saudi heritage and culture. At Sawani, the Public Investment Fund-owned camel dairy company and a Vision 2030 flagship for sustainable agriculture, Faisal has held both CEO and CMO mandates. He has also served on the board of directors of Al Nassr FC, one of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent football clubs and a pillar of the Kingdom’s global sports ambitions.
Before Sawani, Faisal served as Chief MENA Officer at Beeto/Jako and Chief Commercial Officer at the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming & Drones (SAFCSP), the national federation leading the Kingdom’s digital, gaming, and emerging technology agenda. He held senior commercial leadership at Intigral, the premium digital content platform of STC Group, and served as General Manager of MultiSport. His early career inside STC Group covered brand management and sports operations.
Faisal holds a degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), one of the Kingdom’s leading technical institutions with an alumni network that runs deep in Saudi business and government. He is the son of a former Saudi Minister and royal court advisor.
