Mahesh Shahdadpuri has spent over two decades building workforce infrastructure across the Middle East. As Founder and Chairman of TASC Group, he has scaled a people-solutions platform that today manages 10,500+ outsourced associates across 73 nationalities, serving 750+ clients from registered offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India, with operations spanning 23+ countries.

His Expo track record is direct and operational. TASC delivered large-scale workforce solutions for Expo 2020 Dubai, managing the staffing, compliance, and mobilisation challenges that come with deploying thousands of workers across dozens of nationalities into a single mega-event site on a fixed deadline. He followed that with an advisory role for Expo 2025 Osaka, bringing the lessons from Dubai into a different regulatory and cultural environment. That combination of hands-on delivery and strategic advisory across two consecutive World Expos is rare.

Beyond Expo, TASC’s client portfolio includes Riyadh Air, SAMI, and the Saudi Pro League, placing Mahesh firmly within the Kingdom’s giga-project ecosystem. His group has built dedicated capabilities around Saudization compliance, GCC labour law, and the cross-border workforce logistics that international suppliers consistently underestimate when entering Saudi Arabia.

TASC has also invested in technology products that address the operational friction points in large-scale workforce deployment: TASC 360, a unified payroll and compliance platform for the GCC; TASC Translate, an enterprise-grade English-to-Arabic translation tool built for regulatory compliance; and Hyrra.ai, an autonomous hiring engine powered by specialised AI agents.

Mahesh holds an MBA from Boston University and completed the Owners/Presidents Management Program at Harvard Business School. He serves as Chairman Emeritus of YPO MENA Gold and sits on Boston University’s advisory board. His work has been recognised with the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award, the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award, the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award, and Forbes’ Top 100 Indian Business Owners in the Arab World.
