A pathway into the Expo supply chain.

Capability assessment, procurement readiness, and direct access to international operators building Expo delivery teams in-Kingdom.

Supply to Expo and giga-projects

For Saudi suppliers with the capability to deliver at Expo scale, the entry point is a consortium relationship with operators who can combine end-to-end delivery

Nuwa builds that bridge.

We assess supplier readiness, structure the local partnership, and position qualified Saudi businesses inside consortia tendering for Expo contracts.

Qualification

Before a supplier enters the Nuwa partner network, we assess readiness against four criteria: sector relevance to active Expo procurement categories, financial capacity to sustain a contract cycle measured in years rather than months, delivery track record at comparable scale, and governance standards that satisfy international prime contractor due diligence.

This is not a tick-box exercise. We assess whether a supplier can deliver against a consortium mandate and remain commercially viable through the full contract term. Suppliers who do not meet the threshold receive a clear assessment of the gaps and a remediation pathway.

Consortium formation

Most Expo procurement flows through prime contractors and master vendors. Getting onto the right lists requires verified credentials, a pre-existing relationship with the prime, and a local content structure that satisfies both Royal Commission requirements and the prime’s own subcontractor qualification process.

Nuwa facilitates introductions to international operators actively tendering for Expo contracts. Every introduction is pre-screened: the prime has a live mandate, the procurement category matches the supplier’s capability, and the local content requirement creates a genuine role for a Saudi partner, not a compliance placeholder.

We do not make speculative introductions. We match verified capability against confirmed demand.
